Rusted Spurs West burst onto the South West music scene in 2015. This talented trio of musicians focuses on cowboy/western swing music, honoring the icons of the past as well as exploring contemporary tunes. Experienced in festival performances, concert events and library programs, this trio adds historic back stories as well as cowboy humor to their shows.
Rusted Spurs West includes Tex Hamel (guitar, vocals), Bob Denoncourt (Bass, Vocals) and Patti Hamel (Accordion, Vocals). Vocal arrangements include smooth harmonies, with strong vocal leads by each member.
Rusted Spurs West CD’s have received recognition from both the International Western Music Association and the Academy of Western Artists.
